LEGAL CONSTRAINT: This is basically about making sure that all my work or the project that I am working on hasn’t be done before by some other people or other [production because it will be seeing as a copyright.
It is imperative that I make sure that every work that I put in for my project is not copyright because if it is a copyright there will be a legal action that will be taking against me and that can ruin all the hard work that I have put in for the project because there is no way they can give me a credit for the project wherein people know that it wasn’t my original idea.
Every single footage and sounds that will be included in my video I will make sure that they are originally derived or created by because I don’t want any legal action against my production project.
EXAMPLES OF LEGAL CONSTRAINT OR COPYRIGHT VIDEO SONG
The video below showed how other artist used other people song in a different way but it all sound similar and for that reason it can be seen as a copyright and a legal action was taken against these individuals that recreate other peoples idea.
ETHICAL
This is about moral issues that guides people from not being provoked or make a mockery of their skin colour (Racism), Disability, Sexism, which should be considered when creating your project especially in the film industry, even though people now make films about racial discrimination.
Producers nowadays had to check about the Ethical constraints before creating a film because few years back people were not allowed to make films about racial discrimination but recently people now makes racial film because the ethical constraints kept on changing.
It is imperative that I consider the ethical part of my project because I want the audience or viewers to have a video that is not offensive to their health like the use of flashy images which some people might find disturbing or as a risk to their health.

This video showed how some other people can be racist to others because of their skin colour and some viewers might find this unacceptable which is why I will give the viewers the curtsy of knowing the contents of what my title sequence contains.
